Before applying for a scholarship for the CPE Program, please ensure that you meet the qualifications to apply for the CPE Program itself, and that you are able to make the necessary commitment to successfully complete the program. There is a separate application process for the CPE Program. Receiving a CPE scholarship does not guarantee acceptance into the program. Please note that scholarship awards may not be used for the CPE Program deposit.

This application form is for CPE scholarships only.

ELIGIBILITY

A CPE applicant must meet one of the following requirements:

  • RPL plus 8 years of full-time experience in PSC, with at least 4 years full-time as a supervisor, manager, or director (must be current position).
  • Associate degree plus 6 years of full-time experience in PSC, with at least 3 years full-time as a supervisor, manager, or director (must be current position).
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or higher degree plus 4 years of full-time experience in PSC, with at least 2 years full-time as a supervisor, manager, or director (must be current position)
  • None of the Above

THE COMMITMENT

The CPE Program is a rigorous, demanding endeavor that requires significant commitment by each participant. Students should be prepared to devote a considerable amount of time to coursework, including individual and group assignments and discussions. In addition to the time required to complete the two CPE online courses, the program includes a mandatory, live, ten-day capstone seminar at APCO headquarters in Daytona Beach, Florida.
